About Booking

We have 8 seats situated around our counter in front of the chefs. Be involved and curious while we prepare and give finishing touches to your courses. This is the heart of the restaurant.

There are 2 high tables for two, for a more private dining experience.

Finally we have the option for 4 guests to book the round table with a view into the kitchen.

All our seats are bar stools except our round table for 4 guests.

Dashi is a kid and animal free restaurant.

In order to be considerate to other guests, please avoid strong perfumes and arrive in time for your booking. Doors will open at the time of the reservation and close 15 minutes afterwards.

Our washroom is downstairs. You need to go down a steep staircase to get to there. Please let us know in advance if this is an issue and we can try to work it out.

Menu

At Dashi we serve our Osusume menu, that can be adapted to pescatarian guests. Highlights will include dry aged fish, meats, seasonal produce.

We offer a saké pairing to complement our menu, showcasing a broad range of saké.

We can not cater for some preferences/allergies such as : vegan, vegetarian, no seafood, celiac, no cooking alcohol, alliums, soy sauce, sesame.

For any other dietary request, please contact us prior making a booking. Please ensure that you provide information for all the member of you party.

Dashi does a banquet service, meaning all guests in the restaurant will be served at the same time. Please be considerate to other guests and respect the time of your booking. Doors will open at the time of the reservation and close 15 minutes afterwards.

Restaurant info

Our bookings are released for the following month on the first day of the current month shortly after 12.00 Stockholm time. For example the 1st of May at 12.00 we open our reservations for June.

Dashi are a small venue and we only cater to companies up to 4 guests.
